第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、屋号「Tabelia」（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Tabelia」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本サービスをご利用ください。

第2条（利用登録）

  1. 本サービスへの登録はメールアドレスとパスワードの設定により完了します。
  2. 登録申請時に虚偽の情報を申告した場合、運営者は登録を取り消すことができます。
  3. アカウントは1人1つとします。複数アカウントの作成は禁止します。
  4. アカウント情報（メールアドレス・パスワード）の管理はユーザー自身の責任とします。第三者に貸与・譲渡することはできません。

第3条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、本格的な料理レシピの閲覧、標準レシピを基にしたAI機能による食材代替提案、コーチングおよびチャット回答を主な機能として提供します。

  1. 無料機能：レシピの閲覧、食材・工程の確認、基本的な人数スケーリング
  2. Premium機能（有料）：AIコーチング、高度な食材代替提案、その他追加機能

Premium機能はサブスクリプション購入が必要です。詳細は第4条を参照してください。

第4条（サブスクリプション・課金）

  1. 価格：Premiumプランの料金はアプリ内の購入画面に表示される金額とします。料金は予告なく変更される場合がありますが、既存ユーザーへの変更は適用前に通知します。
  2. 支払い方法：App Storeを通じたお支払いのみ対応します。クレジットカード等の情報はAppleが管理し、運営者は保持しません。
  3. 自動更新：サブスクリプションは購読期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。更新時の料金はApp Storeアカウントに請求されます。
  4. 無料トライアル：提供される場合、トライアル期間中のキャンセルにより料金は発生しません。
  5. 返金：デジタルコンテンツの性質上、原則として返金には応じられません。ただし、App Storeの返金ポリシーに基づく請求はAppleへ直接お申し込みください。
  6. キャンセル方法：iOSの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」からキャンセルできます。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは本サービスの利用に際し、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 運営者・他ユーザー・第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー権、名誉権その他の権利を侵害する行為
  4. 本サービスのサーバーやネットワークへの不正アクセス・過負荷をかける行為
  5. 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル
  6. 本サービスを通じた商業目的での情報収集・二次利用（明示的な許可がある場合を除く）
  7. 複数アカウントの作成またはアカウントの不正共有
  8. 本サービスの運営・他ユーザーの利用を妨害する行為
  9. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（知的財産権）

  1. 本サービスのコンテンツ（レシピテキスト、画像、UI設計、ソースコード等）に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
  2. ユーザーは個人的・非商業的な目的に限り、本サービスのコンテンツを利用できます。
  3. AI機能を通じて編集・変換・生成されたコーチング、チャット回答、食材代替提案は、個人的な調理目的での利用に限ります。無断での二次配布・商業利用は禁止します。

第7条（免責事項）

  1. 運営者は、本サービスに含まれるレシピ、食材情報、調理手順、コーチング、チャット回答その他のコンテンツについて、完全性・正確性・有用性・最新性・安全性を保証しません。
  2. AI機能が提供する内容（食材代替提案・コーチング・チャット回答等）には、標準レシピを基にしたAIによる編集・変換・生成が含まれる場合があります。これらは参考情報であり、誤り、抜け漏れ、ユーザーの調理環境に適合しない内容を含む可能性があります。
  3. ユーザーは、調理前および調理中に、食材表示、食品アレルギー、食材の鮮度、加熱状態、保存方法、調理器具の状態、体調その他の安全事項を自ら確認するものとします。食物アレルギーをお持ちの方は必ず食材を個別に確認してください。
  4. 天災・通信障害・第三者サービスの障害等、運営者の責任によらない事由によるサービス中断について責任を負いません。
  5. 本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じた損害については、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いません。

第8条（サービスの変更・停止・終了）

  1. 運営者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なしに本サービスの内容を変更・追加・削除できます。ただし、重要な変更は事前にお知らせします。
  2. 運営者は、技術的・事業的理由によりサービスを一時停止または終了することができます。終了の場合は少なくとも30日前にお知らせします。
  3. サービス終了の場合、残存するサブスクリプション期間分の料金の返金についてはAppleのポリシーに準じます。

第9条（アカウントの停止・削除）

  1. ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、運営者は事前通知なしにアカウントを停止・削除することができます。
  2. アカウント停止・削除によりユーザーが被った損害については、運営者は責任を負いません。
  3. ユーザーはいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除後は保存データへのアクセスができなくなります。

第10条（規約の変更）

  1. 運営者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更できます。
  2. 重要な変更の場合はアプリ内通知またはメールにて事前にお知らせします。
  3. 変更後に本サービスを継続してご利用になった場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第11条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

  1. 本規約の解釈・適用は日本法に準拠します。
  2. 本サービスに関する紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Article 1 – Applicability

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the iOS application "Tabelia" (the "Service") operated by Tabelia, a sole proprietorship (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 – Account Registration

  1. Registration is completed by providing an email address and setting a password.
  2. The Operator may cancel registrations made with false information.
  3. Users may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  4. Users are responsible for managing their account credentials. Accounts may not be lent or transferred to others.

Article 3 – Service Features

The Service provides access to authentic cooking recipes, AI-powered ingredient substitution suggestions, coaching, and chat responses based on standard recipes.

  1. Free features: Recipe browsing, ingredient and step review, basic serving-size scaling
  2. Premium features (paid): AI coaching, advanced ingredient substitution, and other additional features

Premium features require a subscription purchase. See Article 4 for details.

Article 4 – Subscriptions and Billing

  1. Pricing: The price of the Premium plan is displayed in the in-app purchase screen. Prices may change, but existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.
  2. Payment method: Payment is processed exclusively through the App Store. Apple manages all payment information; the Operator does not store it.
  3. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to the App Store account.
  4. Free trial: If offered, no charge is incurred if you cancel before the trial period ends.
  5. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available. Refund requests under Apple's policies should be submitted directly to Apple.
  6. Cancellation: Cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Article 5 – Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  1. Violate laws or public order and morality
  2. Engage in or facilitate criminal activity
  3. Infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Operator, other users, or third parties
  4. Attempt unauthorized access to or impose excessive load on the Service's servers or networks
  5. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  6. Collect or commercially re-use information from the Service without explicit permission
  7. Create multiple accounts or improperly share accounts
  8. Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use
  9. Engage in any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 6 – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Service content (recipe text, images, UI design, source code, etc.) belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders.
  2. Users may use Service content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  3. Coaching, chat responses, and ingredient substitution suggestions edited, adapted, or generated through AI features are for personal cooking use only. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Article 7 – Disclaimer

  1. The Operator makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, or safety of recipes, ingredient information, cooking steps, coaching, chat responses, or other content in the Service.
  2. Content provided by AI features (including ingredient substitution suggestions, coaching, and chat responses) may include AI editing, adaptation, or generation based on standard recipes. Such content is for reference only and may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not fit the user's cooking environment.
  3. Users are responsible for checking ingredient labels, food allergies, ingredient freshness, doneness, storage methods, cooking equipment conditions, physical condition, and other safety matters before and during cooking. If you have food allergies, always verify each ingredient independently.
  4. The Operator is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, communication failures, or third-party service outages.
  5. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 8 – Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  1. The Operator may modify, add, or remove Service features without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
  2. The Operator may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Service for technical or business reasons. Users will be notified at least 30 days before permanent termination.
  3. Refunds for remaining subscription periods upon termination will follow Apple's policies.

Article 9 – Account Suspension and Deletion

  1. The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
  2. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from account suspension or deletion.
  3. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Access to saved data will be lost upon deletion.

Article 10 – Changes to These Terms

  1. The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary.
  2. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email in advance.
  3. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
